Online password reset



Process flow
  • You will be required to enter the internet banking user-id and the facility type for which passwords need to be re-set (Login or     Transaction or Both)
  • On successful validation of the entered data an OTP will be delivered to your registered mobile number
  • Once OTP is validated to be correct, you will be taken to a screen where you will be asked to validate Account details/ATM     credentials
  • On successful validation of entered details, you will be taken to next screen, where you can set your passwords

General guidelines
  • This facility is only for Retail IBS users
  • The facility is available only for self operated saving and current account customers
  • Users for whom internet banking services have been disabled will not be able to use this facility
  • Only limited attempts per day would be available to the customers who wants to avail this facility
  • You will not be able to successfully complete the process if the desired details provided by you are incorrect/incomplete
